I primarily support arts, heritage, and cultural nonprofits across Canada, including museums, galleries, artist-run centres, cultural organizations, and community-led initiatives.
My work is grounded in BC and Ontario experience and is offered primarily online, allowing me to work with clients across the country. -
My practice blends 20 years in the museum and gallery sector, a decade as an Executive Director, and ICF-aligned executive coaching with somatic, trauma-informed leadership tools.
This approach recognizes that leadership is not only strategic — it is relational, embodied, and rooted in values and care.
I don’t offer prescriptive solutions; I support leaders in cultivating clarity, integrity, and grounded, people-centered decision-making. -
Equity is a core commitment in my practice. I work from an understanding that cultural organizations exist within complex histories and systems, and meaningful change requires reflection, accountability, and care. It’s not a label or a fixed achievement—it’s an ongoing, relational practic.
My approach aligns with sector values related to access, cultural safety, and community responsibility.
I hold awareness of my positionality as a white settler and approach this work with humility and collaboration. I understand that my work takes place within systems I’ve benefitted from. Equity, for me, means being conscious of that reality and choosing practices that reduce harm, build trust, and make space for voices, knowledge systems, and leadership traditions long marginalized by the sector. -
